Join Coach Chris Sainsbury Co-Founder of CrossFit Kingsboro as he starts to prepare for the Paris Marathon in April 2017. He'll be doing a light 5K run within Prospect Park in with short WOD and stretch at the end. This event is for all fitness levels.

The workshop will be hosted by CrossFit Kingsboro on Saturday, January 28, from 12-2pm.
Cost is $20 per athlete and open to everyone.
Please bring a lacrosse ball or other type of mobility ball, if you own one.
Dr. Grayson Wickham will be available after the workshop to answer any and all performance, mobility, and or injury questions.
