A week has passed and we’re now moving onto the 2nd phase of the challenge. Hopefully for us all the hard times of sugar withdrawals are behind us all.

Remember, there are 3 parts to this challenge the beginning, the middle, and the end. With that being said you must stay motivated. Motivation comes and goes but lets stay the course. Keep your goals to the forefront of your mind and day by day we'll become stronger. Thank for your courage, discipline, and participation.

- Hold yourself in Paleo Chair for 3Mins.
