It's time for round 2 of challenges team. Our first challenge was based on your internal and external squat mobility our second challenge will be based on strength and endurance. Please view the attached link and learn how to do "Push Ups" in perfect form.
Rules of Engagement:
Do as many push ups as possible for 30 seconds. If you become fatigued and can no longer continue please stop the movement and hold the plank position for the remainder of the time.
Count the total of repetitions and post them to Facebook.
