Show me your ideal daily menu for next Monday. I want you to start eating within the range of 4-6 small meals per day. From my perspective a piece of fruit can be considered a small meal. That being said lets plan our meals in advance and get ready for a meal preparation this weekend.
6am 3 Eggs, 1/2 Avocado, Sliced Tomatoes
10am Shake 2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter, Banana, Red Apple, and Kale
1pm Chicken Breast, Sweet Potato, Broccoli cooked in Coconut oil
3am shake 2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter, teaspoon of Omega 3, 6, 9, Strawberry, Blueberry, blackberry
5pm handful/1 cup of Almonds
7pm Salmon Fillet, Pineapple Spinach Salad
